Terms and Conditions

We will ask you for payment first before we make your order.

1) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request.
2) No refunds are given if a request is cancelled after payment is made.
If for some reason, we find we are unable to make the doll after payment is made, we will give a full refund.
3) The commissioner cannot change a request after it has been made and the final designs has been confirmed.
4)You acknowledge that our works are NOT suitable for children.
5) If we don't receive your payment within 10 days from the time we requested you to, we will take you off the waiting list.
6) All commissioners agree to pay full shipping costs on their order.
7) No returns.
8) If your package gets lost, we won't be responsible for it. (If you're worried about this, have the item tracked)
