☆ How do you price my order?
Price is mainly decided based on how much work and time we feel we'll need to put into making the order. So obviously the more complex the character design, the longer it will take to make. Other factors will be hair, removable items/clothing and details.
Shipping prices vary depending on your location and the weight/size of the item you're buying, so we can't give a definite price. Though normally for a single plushie, shipping is often under the $10 mark.
☆ How long does it take to make an order?
It can take from a few days or up to a month depending on the complexity of the order and other commissions ongoing. Usually once we start working on the commission, we'll
If you're interested in commissioning but have a deadline (e.g. it's a gift for someone's birthday), it's usually good to give us a heads up at least a couple of months before hand.
☆ Do you need references when making a doll?
Yes. It's important that you try and provide us good images of the whole character, front and back including details of any extras you want made, like accessories, weapons, etc.
☆ Do you accept original character commissions?
Yes! We're open to doing original characters, usually it helps if you have drawings of the character's outfit, hair style, etc, or a well written description.
☆ What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept Paypal.
☆ Can I pay you after you make my order?
No. We must receive all of your payment for the making of your order before we begin working on it (this is to prevent people changing their minds, and leaving us with an unwanted order).
☆ Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yup!
☆ How long will it take to receive my order?
If you live in the UK it'll usually take 3-5 working days, International 5-15 working days.
